FAQs & Troubleshooting
Q: The Submit Feedback button is greyed out.
A: You must select at least one emoji face from the rating scale to unlock the submit action. Category tags, text reviews, and NPS scores are optional.
Q: How is the 0-10 NPS score used?
A: Net Promoter Scores segment user ratings into three categories: Detractors (0-6, representing users experiencing issues), Passives (7-8, representing satisfied but neutral users), and Promoters (9-10, representing loyal candidates likely to recommend Highrr).
Q: Can I edit my feedback after submitting it?
A: Once submitted, the feedback record is saved directly to our backend system and cannot be edited. If you have additional thoughts, you can open the modal again to submit a new entry.
Q: Who can read the text comments I write in the feedback modal?
A: Your feedback is shared with Highrr product managers and your university's placement administrators to help improve the candidate onboarding experience.
Q: What happens to my rating if I close the modal during the 2.5-second success display?
A: Your feedback is already saved to the database prior to the success screen rendering. Closing the modal during this timeout does not affect your submission.
Q: Is my feedback anonymous?
A: Feedback submissions are bound to your user profile. However, aggregate ratings and tag distributions are compiled anonymously for university portal reviews.
