The Jobs portal connects you directly with campus recruitment drives. Filter vacancies by location, role, or salary package, check your eligibility status, submit your resume, and track selection rounds.

Active Placement Drives

Browse open openings and track match criteria under the main drives view:

Search Filters: Filter drives by Company Name, Role, Location, or Package (CTC).
Filter Tabs: Toggle between All Drives, Applied, and Not Applied views.
Eligibility Checklist: Click a drive card to view required qualifications, CGPA thresholds, courses, and graduation years.
Skill Matching: Shows how your verified profile tags match the job criteria. If there are no specific tech requirements, a green Open to All Skills badge is displayed.

Apply Button States

The apply button on a job card updates dynamically based on your profile and subscription state:

✓ Already Applied

Disabled state confirming your application has been received.

✕ Deadline Passed

Disabled button showing that the application window is closed.

💎 Upgrade to Apply

Requires a Highrr Pro subscription to unlock this premium drive.

Active button. Click to submit your resume and enter the drive.

Resume Upload Rules

Clicking Apply Now opens the uploader modal. Ensure your documents conform to these rules:

File Formats: PDF (.pdf) or Word documents (.docx) are accepted.
File Size Limit: Maximum upload size is 5MB.
Submission Lock: Resumes are locked upon submission. Double-check details before clicking Confirm & Apply.

Unlocking premium corporate placement drives requires upgrading to Highrr Pro.

Plans & Billing Cycles

Free Plan (₹0): Basic student dashboard, standard drive applications, up to 5 resume tailoring exports.
Highrr Pro Plan: ₹2000 per year (billed yearly) or ₹499 per month. Unlocks premium placement drives and unlimited resume downloads.
Cycle Switcher: Toggle billing cycles in settings. Yearly subscriptions offer savings of up to 66% compared to monthly.

Coupons & Razorpay Payments

Discount Vouchers: Enter your coupon code during checkout. Invalid or expired codes display a "Invalid coupon code" alert.
100% Off Vouchers: If your university provides a full-discount voucher, the balance reduces to ₹0. This bypasses the payment gateway entirely—simply click **Claim Free Subscription** to activate.
Razorpay Popup: For paid checkout, the gateway pre-fills your name and email. Supports UPI, Cards, and Netbanking.
UPI Timeout: UPI collect requests (GPay, PhonePe) must be approved on your device within 5 minutes.

Applying to a Placement Drive

Follow this process to apply to job vacancies on Highrr:

1 Go to **Jobs → Directory** and filter listings by role or location.

2 Click the drive card and verify your CGPA, course, and graduation year match the requirements.

3 If the card is locked with a "Upgrade to Apply" badge, click it, apply your coupon or checkout via Razorpay.

4 Click **Apply Now**, upload your PDF resume, and click **Confirm & Apply**.

5 Go to **Jobs → Applied Drives** to track selection rounds, aptitude tests, and interview schedules.

FAQs & Troubleshooting

Q: The apply button is locked showing "Complete Profile", but my profile is full.

A: Highrr validates that you have entered your three academic milestones: 10th grade, 12th grade/Diploma, and current UG Graduation. Go to **Profile → Career** and ensure all three education cards are documented.

Q: What happens if a payment fails but money is debited from my bank?

A: Do not pay again. If you close the window before Razorpay redirects you back to Highrr, the transaction sync will be delayed. Wait **10 minutes** and refresh your portal. If the plan remains "Free", file a support ticket with your payment transaction ID. Failed transactions are refunded by your bank in 5-7 business days.

Q: How do I redeem my university's free voucher code?

A: Click "Upgrade to Apply", enter your code in the checkout panel, and click Apply. The payable balance will reduce to ₹0. Click **Claim Free Subscription** to activate Pro instantly without opening Razorpay.

Q: Can I edit my resume after submitting it to a drive?

A: No. Once submitted, your application is locked and visible to the corporate HR. You cannot edit or replace your resume for that specific drive unless a recruiter explicitly resets your application.

Q: How do I approve my checkout payment on UPI?

A: Select UPI in the checkout popup and enter your UPI ID. Open your UPI application (e.g. GPay, PhonePe) on your mobile device. You must approve the pending payment request within the **5-minute** transaction timeout window.

Q: Why does the job card show "Mismatch" in red?

A: A "Mismatch" label indicates that your academic profile (CGPA, branch, or backlog count) does not satisfy the company's eligibility criteria. Click on the job card to see which criteria are not met.

Q: Can I withdraw my application from a placement drive?

A: Yes. Before the drive registration deadline, you can go to **Jobs → Applied Drives**, select the job, and click **Withdraw Application**. Note that you cannot withdraw after the deadline has passed.

Q: Is my Highrr Pro upgrade billed on a recurring basis?

A: No. Highrr Pro subscription upgrades are one-time payments valid for exactly **12 months** and do not auto-renew or charge your card automatically.
